We are searching for a
Sales Manager (m/f)
to be responsible for the countries Slovenia and Croatia (located in Zagreb).
Responsibilities:
- acquisition of customers and further cooperation with them
- attract and retain customers through the provision of excellent customer service
- contracts conclusion
- preparing comprehensive reports for the management company and maintain regular contact with other functions
- evaluate customers research, market conditions and competitor data
- provide support to product marketing to develop customer propositions and marketing communications
- support our customers in their daily challenges
Qualification:
- sound commercial education
- slovenian and croatian mother-language
- fluent (written/spoken) in English and basic knowledge in German
- 3+ years professional experience as sales representative in tourism business (ideally GDS or at least travel agency or tour operator experience)
- excellent know-how of Computer Reservation Systems
- negotiating skills and persuasive power in discussions
- entrepreneurial spirit as well as sales and result-oriented thinking
- smart appearance, flexible, mobile, hard working, multicultural behavior and attitude is a must
