With TraviAustria. customers receive fast, competent support via the company’s own Helpdesk – and all for the price of a local phone call, from anywhere in Austria. No extra costs are charged for this service.

The company focuses on customer service, even providing its customers with two Helpdesks – one for applications such as Galileo, Ticketing, CETS and much more, and one for technical support, ranging from questions over the PC or screen to problems with the modem.
The Helpdesk for Applications can be reached on workdays from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., and the Technical Helpdesk from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. “We are pleased to receive every call, as it improves our understanding of the challenges facing our customers, and gives us an opportunity to adjust our products further still to customers’ requirements,” Baumgartner emphasises.
